How fast can you start a job?
Most quotes go out within 24 hours. Start dates depend on scope and current schedule. Small jobs often start within a week. For larger projects, we lock a hard start date in the contract.
How much does site prep cost?
Site prep cost depends on the service, lot size, soil, and access. Pool excavation runs roughly $4,000 to $14,000 in the Sacramento area. Utility trenching is priced per linear foot. Every job gets a written quote with no surprise add-ons.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Groundwork Solutions LLC is a licensed California contractor and carries general liability insurance. CSLB license number and insurance certificates are available on request.
Do you handle permits?
We pull permits where needed for demolition, utility connections, and grading. On most builds the GC handles the master permit and we handle inspection coordination on the trades we run.
